We are Loyal to the company, the people and the cause. This means we keep the workplace positive. We take care of the others on the team. They must know they can count on you. We are passionate about what we do and who we do it with. We have ownership in what we do and we are accountable for our actions. We NEVER want to let the team down so we get our stuff done on time. We provide encouragement to others on our team. We do the right thing, even when no one else is looking. We spend the company’s and the client’s money carefully and conservatively.
We never Quit! This means we try to work through issues on our own and know when to ask for help. We see problems through to the end. We don’t chuck our problems over the fence to someone else. Our clients pay us to solve their problems. We are tenacious, there is always a way to solve a client’s problem. We compete at a high level – we do not like to lose at anything! We don’t leave others hanging and live by the 15 Minute Rule. We sometimes work long hours in order to meet our client’s demands but then we take time off to be with our families when the client’s work is done.
We keep our Composure Under Fire! We are the calmest people on the team or in the room. We listen first, pause and then respond. We sometimes have to talk people “off the ledge.” We demonstrate empathy to those around us. We don’t take things personally. We offer solutions first. We solve problems for ourselves and for others.
We are Willing to Step Up! When we see someone who needs help we step in to solve the problem. If we see something that needs fixing, we step in to fix it. We demonstrate empathy by finding out what someone else is struggling with and offering to help. We work outside of our comfort zones and are willing to try things we have never done before. We say “I will take care of that” to help someone else out. We step forward when volunteers are requested. We deliver more than was asked of us. We constantly offer ideas for improvement. We do something positive without being asked.
We have a Desire to Win! This means we are team players with great attitudes. We are confident but not cocky. We ask the right questions and are willing to bring others along for the win. WE PLAY WITH HEART! We are focused and intrinsically motivated to get better each and every day. We are resilient, we don’t let a mistake get in our way. We desire to beat the goal on every project (scope, schedule, and budget).
We Trust Each Other! This means we keep our commitments to each other and our clients. We offer direct, open and honest feedback. We admit our own mistakes. We are honest and we keep our word. We don’t take more than our share of the credit. We tote our share of the load and help someone else out when we can. We are the people others call when someone needs help.
We Motivate Each Other to be Better! We challenge each other in a positive way. We demonstrate discipline. We teach/mentor and coach others. We hold our managers accountable for getting us what we need. We know where we want to be and we ask others to help us accomplish our goals. We have a passion for learning and growing.
