Zach Bell
Associate Process Engineer
I have been working for EAD since May 2017
My favorite part about working at EAD is the people I work with and the opportunity to solve complex problems daily.
The best “PERK” about working for EAD is the flexible hours.
Family first mindset with rewards for thoughtfulness and hard work.
Everyone is open to change and finding the best and/or most efficient way to do tasks.
I hope to forge a long-lasting and meaningful career where I continue to learn something new daily.

Emily Rieur
Proposal Coordinator
I began working at EAD in the spring of 2017.
We have a great company culture! My coworkers are kind, trusting, intellectual, and devoted to their work and each other
I like how supportive this company is of community volunteerism. We are encouraged to take time to contribute our talents to help out others. Since I already volunteer on a regular basis, it’s definitely a “perk” that the company is willing to match my efforts through donations.
Our clients know they can trust our expertise. If we don’t think that a solution will bring our client the best results, we won’t do it.
My company is very supportive of all forms of continuing education. The entire company comes together at least once a week to receive education to empower both our professional and personal lives.
I hope that my work here will make a real and positive impact on the future and growth of the company.

Dean Epperson
Senior Project Manager / Safety Director
I began working at EAD in 2013.
I love the people I get to interact with every day. Our employees are pretty cool to work with. Our clients are demanding, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. It keeps us fresh and puts us in a mindset of always getting better.
I truly enjoy the times we as a company get together. We do not always see eye to eye, but we don’t hold grudges. We celebrate when it is warranted; we cry and yell from time to time, but in the end we come together. That is extremely important.
A group of like minded individuals who care for each other and the clients we serve. We spend a lot of time together and I believe we absolutely love what we do and who we do it with. Our culture is built on Life Principles – Love, Serve, Care!!!
I have worked with both the good and the bad, each with their own faults like us. They have been large corporations and smaller LLC’s. All of them had great people dedicated to do their best. EAD lives by our core values and will continue to set us apart from any other company.
I have worn a lot of hats in my short tenure with EAD. I hope to continue to help people whenever and wherever it is needed, no questions asked. I hope to pass on my experiences and my story. I may not be a subject matter expert at anything, but the knowledge I have gained in 30 years in construction has afforded me humility. I want to continue my adventure of learning, teaching, mentoring and leading.

Josh Buckingham-Weibel
Construction Manager
Everybody wants to win, and they want to see their co-workers win. Success, and failure, is shared between everyone, and I think that’s something unique.
I enjoy having the ability to flex my time, along with the casual office environment. It allows me to get the things done that I need to get done outside of work.
We’re problem solvers, first and foremost, and that means that everyone is willing to help you out if you run into something that’s giving you issues, both professionally and personally.
For a smaller company, EAD has a very deep and experienced knowledge pool. If you encounter something new to you, chances are that someone here has already done it.
A long and fulfilling career.

Katie Mosbacker
Jr. Project Manager
I began at EAD as an intern in May of 2016, and was hired full time in August 2016.
There are many things I love about working here at EAD. I enjoy the challenge and the ability to learn every day; I enjoy the responsibility that helps improve my leadership skills and I enjoy the community that I have become a part of.
There is nothing better than knowing the company you work for strives for the health of every employee and having your gym or health membership paid for by EAD is the most beneficial perk to me in the long run.
We work as a team, strive as a team, and succeed as a team.
The overall moral of the company. I never worked at a job that put a large focus on how you as an employee are feeling.
A fulfilling career at EAD for years to come.

Adam Melby
Controls Engineering Director
Since October of 2011.
What I really enjoy about EAD is the team of people who share similar values and its family-type feel. The team at EAD is not bound by division or department, but the entire company is one team that works together to produce amazing results for our clients.
The biggest “perk” I appreciate is the trust we have in each other. At EAD, you’re a trusted team member until proven otherwise. If you have a kid’s event or doctor’s appointment and need to leave early or take some time during the day to take care of personal appointments, you’re trusted to make sure you’re getting your work done and will make up any time necessary.
The team! The people we have working together to accomplish a common goal allows EAD to provide solutions to our clients’ needs quicker and with more commitment to the client than our competition.
At EAD you’re a valued part of the company. EAD recognizes that the people make the company. At EAD you’re appreciated for the value you bring to the team and you’re not just a body performing a task.
EVERYTHING!
I really enjoy the diversity of projects we perform and the different types of industries we work in. This makes everyday a true learning experience. I look forward to more innovative projects in the future that continue to challenge us.
