EAD has a specific perspective when it comes to our employees: we want the right people in the right seat. This ties in with our hiring philosophy where we put a strong emphasis on cultural fit. We have seen that when you get the right people acting in the right role, it is hard to beat that combination. Over the last month or so, EAD has elevated and hired a couple of new employees. All this around fitting the right people in the right seat.
Michelle Shepherd now takes on the role of EAD’s QA/QC Administrator, playing to her strengths of hawk-like vision for quality issues and her ability to coach others.
Megan Caputo is our newest Project Controller, coming from 15 years of experience at large engineering companies in the Midwest. Megan’s previous experiences have made her an ideal Project Controller and brings expertise in many areas to our team.
Zach Bell’s hard work and natural talent as a Process Engineer has been recognized. The young professional was promoted to the next level in an engineer’s career path well ahead of the curve. Zach is growth minded and lives out our company values to the fullest.
Ryan McCoy’s natural talents, passion for customer service and relationships, and demonstration of our company values made him a shoo-in as an Account Manager. Ryan’s deep appreciation for those he serves is the example of our company’s values.
John Molgaard, one of EAD’s longest tenured and valuable employees is our newest Senior Project Manager. Through John’s time with EAD, he has taken on many roles and responsibilities and is going back to a role that maximizes his value to the team.
We know that much of EAD’s success is attributed to our people and their continual improvement. With our people in new seats, we are excited to see what they can do with them!
