To us, we want someone on our team that will… never quit when things get tough… step up when needed… keep a level head… and continually have the best interests of co-workers and clients top of mind. Right Person, Right Seat
Once we find the right person, we want to ensure that they are in the right role. People are most effective and engaged when they are in a role that fits them. We are not afraid to change someone’s role within EAD if there is a better seat available for them. Our employee wins, EAD wins and our clients win. We have found that when we get the right person in the right role, our work environment benefits, the quality of our work benefits, and our people benefit. Doing what is best for our employees is doing what is best for our clients. Doing what is best for our clients has never served us wrong.
As this mentality is so important to us, we evaluate our employees on how well they are living our values, and reward those who lead by example. Each EAD Trooper is provided continuous feedback on how they are living our core values. This takes additional time, but we feel that it is valuable to ensure that every day our team is bringing their best for our clients.
