EAD recently welcomed three new electrical engineering and drafting professionals to our teams, and we’re excited to have them on board:
Suparat (Poom) Pavavicharn, P.E., senior electrical engineer: With past experience in power systems engineering, construction and commissioning/startup for power generation plants and substations, Poom brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at EAD. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Khon Kaen University Thailand and a M.S. in Sustainable Energy and Management from Flensburg University Germany. Poom is an active member of the IEEE PSRC and IEEE IAS working groups and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Nebraska.
Steve Lukasiewicz, P.E., staff electrical engineer: Bringing knowledge in both grassroots and retrofit construction, Steve’s experience includes design and installation of electric, turbine and reciprocal natural gas compressor stations. He also has experience in controls and power distribution upgrades in Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) facilities. Steve holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is a professional engineer in the State of Nebraska.
Michael Thornburg, electrical drafter: Bringing a commonsense mentality to his projects at EAD, Michael previously worked for the Nebraska Department of Roads, commercial housing and railroad engineering, among many others. He has adapted his drafting skills to fit a multitude of industries and clients. Michael holds an associate degree in Architectural Drafting.
